Fit Temple

As we prepare to enter our new church temple, we must get our physical temple fit for entrance as well. We have instituted a Pedometer Ministry to help us get physically fit. Every participant wears a pedometer with the goal of walking 10,000 steps a day. In addition to using the pedometers, we will be charting the results and awarding prizes to the "Super Steppers." Ultimately we would like as many members as possible to participate in the Annual Miamisburg Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day. We will also be providing healthy living tips, blood pressure screening, and hopefully motivation to truly make our physical temples representative of what God wants us to be
